1. To arrange for the National Disability Identity Card.
2. To arrange for the Gurdianship.
3. Finance management and future provisions,
   i) Private Trust Formation : Family members, Friends, Relatives.
   ii) Insurance Cverage : Individual, Family, Group.
   iii) Mediclaim Coverage : Individual, Family, Group.
   iv) Savings and social security scheme: Individual, Family, Group.
4. To arrange for grants, loans, projects etc.
   a) National Handicap Finance Development Corporation.
   b) National Trust.
   c) Government Fund.
   d) Public Sector Undertaking.
   e) Corporate / Private Sector.
   f) International grants.
5. To organise and establish vocational centres, workshops etc.
6. To arrange for the health care and relevent provisions.
7. To raise the issues of Rights, opportunities and privilages of the mentally disabled persons in the society.
8. To press the govt. to recognise rights of the mentally disableds.
9. To file PIL to highlight the plights of this population.
10. To organise and get united to form the Parents' Oeganisation.
